Job summary

PGL in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to lead daily fulfillment operations and ensure accurate inventory control. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and timely deliveries for wholesale and ecommerce orders.

You will oversee staffing, coordinate with carriers, and drive process improvements across receiving, storage, and shipping. A strong background in warehousing and production planning is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive supervisory experience in warehousing or fulfillment operations.
• Inventory and production planning experience.
• Willing to work variable schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Hazmat certification a plus.
• Industry-related degree and/or certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise warehouse safety and security programs.
• Issue shipping instructions and routing information for on-time delivery.
• Review invoices and reports to forecast peak delivery periods.
• Organize requests and coordinate open action items with teams.
• Supervise resources to meet daily objectives and requests.
• Oversee wholesale and ecommerce fulfillment operations.
• Monitor inventory and cycle counts; ensure data accuracy for KPIs.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, and order maintenance or repairs.
• Coordinate pickup, delivery, and distribution of products.
• Respond to customer or shipper questions and complaints.
• Develop standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving and storage.
