Job summary

Supergoop! is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics and 3PL Manager to own inbound logistics and 3PL relationships.

You will coordinate shipments from contract manufacturers to 3PL warehouses, manage SLAs, and drive improvements across warehouse operations to support outbound fulfillment. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination
• Direct experience managing 3PL relationships and inbound logistics operations
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, receiving processes, and inventory management
• Experience coordinating kitting and repack operations preferred
• NetSuite experience preferred; demonstrated comfort with AI-powered tools and automation platforms

Responsibilities

• Own inbound logistics coordination — scheduling and tracking shipments from contract manufacturers to 3PL warehouse locations.
• Manage the 3PL relationship — primary operational contact, monitor SLA performance, resolve issues, drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate kitting and repack projects — scheduling, labor planning, and quality oversight for packaging needs.
• Partner with purchasing on production-to-warehouse timing to support outbound fulfillment windows.
• Maintain inbound visibility in NetSuite — shipment status, expected receipt dates, variances.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control on physical inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and receipt discrepancies.
• Monitor 3PL performance against SLAs — inbound accuracy, outbound speed, inventory accuracy, kitting execution.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve inbound tracking and surface risks.
• Manage carrier relationships and freight costs for inbound shipments; identify optimization opportunities.
• Support contract reviews and capacity planning for peak periods.
