The role requires 1–3 years in Operations/CS/SC, a BA/BS, and ERP experience. Strong attention to detail, communication, and the ability to work across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Operations Management, Customer Service or Supply Chain.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Navision or ERP system experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent Customer Service.
• Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage life cycle of sales orders from forecast to delivery (OTS, EDI, order entry & booking).
• Maintain relationships with wholesale accounts and provide product info and inventory status.
• Provide regular order status updates to Sales, Customer, and Management.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing on product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Engage with international field teams to gather market insights.
• Coordinate with international partners for pickups and deliveries; ensure compliance docs.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and troubleshoot orders as needed.
• Research and resolve claims, returns, and chargebacks with relevant departments.
