Job summary

WAYB is seeking a Sales Operations Jr. Manager to support the wholesale business and build scalable processes. This role requires ownership of order flow end-to-end and close collaboration with operations, finance, and partners.

You will manage orders, pricing, and product data across NetSuite, Shopify B2B, and EDI, while improving systems and documentation as WAYB scales its wholesale channel.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in wholesale operations, sales operations, account management, or related function.
• Experience managing wholesale orders from receipt through fulfillment.
• Experience with retailers and wholesale account requirements.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and data handling capacity.
• Experience with ERP, order management, EDI, and B2B platforms; NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational flow of wholesale orders from PO through fulfillment and delivery.
• Manage wholesale orders, customer info, pricing, and product data across NetSuite, Shopify B2B, EDI, Faire.
• Monitor open orders, backorders, inventory, and shipment status; drive issues to resolution.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and warehouse partners on fulfillment and routing.
• Be primary ops contact for wholesale accounts; manage changes and tracking.
• Support new retailer onboarding, pricing, data, and routing guides.
