Job summary

Geometry is seeking a Wholesale Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of wholesale orders across national retail accounts, specialty retailers, and marketplace partners. You will serve as the operational expert on customer requirements, order management systems, EDI workflows, retailer compliance, and fulfillment coordination.

The role requires strong organization, systems orientation, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wholesale operations or order management experience.
• Experience with wholesale, retail, or national account requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational lifecycle of wholesale purchase orders for key accounts.
• Manage order flow from EDI receipt to invoicing and delivery.
• Understand customer requirements, portals, labeling standards, routing instructions, and fulfillment specs.
• Monitor incoming orders for accuracy, pricing, and routing; resolve exceptions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure on-time shipment and delivery.
• Optimize day-to-day OMS operations and maintain customer data.
