WAYB, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking a Sales Operations Jr. Manager to own the day-to-day wholesale operations, from PO through fulfillment and delivery. This individual contributor role works across wholesale, DTC, operations, finance, and retail partners to keep orders moving and data accurate.

You’ll build scalable processes, manage orders in NetSuite and other systems, and partner across functions to ensure a seamless experience for retailers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in wholesale operations or related field.
• Experience managing wholesale orders from receipt to fulfillment.
• Experience with retailers and wholesale accounts.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data handling; comfort with large data sets.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day wholesale order flow from PO through delivery.
• Maintain orders, customer data, pricing and product data across systems.
• Monitor orders, backorders, inventory, and shipments; drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate fulfillment with Operations, Finance and warehouse partners.
• Serve as primary ops contact for wholesale accounts and changes.
• Support retailer onboarding, including EDI requirements and setup.
• Maintain reporting and visibility into orders, inventory and activity.
• Coordinate samples, line sheets, and retailer assets for launches.
• Identify gaps and build better systems and workflows as we scale.
• Partner cross-functionally to align priorities and ensure retailer experience.
