Lovevery, Inc is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to own the order-to-cash process for major wholesale accounts. You will process purchase orders, coordinate fulfillment, and ensure clean reconciliation between retailer portals, operations, and finance.

This analyst-level role requires precision, process-mindedness, and the ability to catch discrepancies before they become issues. Boise, ID office-based with potential remote consideration for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in order management or supply chain operations, or related finance role.
• Experience with major retailers or marketplace accounts preferred.
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and ability to build trackers.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming purchase orders accurately and on time; confirm quantities, pricing, and ship windows.
• Own order reconciliation across PO, ASN, invoices, and payments; resolve discrepancies with finance.
• Share routing guides and shipment details; monitor compliance and prevent chargebacks.
• Maintain real-time reports on fill rates, OTIF, and deduction trends across accounts.
• Act as the link between wholesale, operations, and finance to align numbers and drive improvements.
