Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Wholesale Coordinator to support the Wholesale team in Celebration, FL. You will handle purchase order management, data maintenance, and system validations while working closely with Brand Merchandising, Vendors, Sourcing, Trade, Logistics, and IT.

You will report to the Manager, Global Product Operations and be onsite in Celebration, FL, contributing to accurate item setup, assortment maintenance, and timely delivery for retail partners.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in buying, planning, or sourcing.
• Proficiency with office software and purchasing systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain purchase order accuracy and PO tracker.
• Validate sales orders using system reports.
• Maintain master assortment sheet and item setup; revise POs as needed.
• Create product attribute sheets for retailer item setup.
• Coordinate with vendors on carryover checks and assortment data.
• Manage production and retail samples and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain in-house sample inventory and upload product images and bullet points to retailer platforms.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports to support merchandising and wholesale activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with merchandising, sales, production, and operations teams for seamless execution.
