Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator - Wholesale to own data integrity in the O9 system across Global Wholesale Merchandising, coordinating calendars and go-to-market deliverables.

You will translate seasonal decisions into actionable assortments, maintain tools and reports, and support leadership with timely insights through collaboration with Category Management, Planning, Product, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of applicable experience.
• Degree from college or university or equivalent experience preferred.
• Desire to learn about merchandising, product, sales and/or marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, create, and document process.
• Proven ability to think and act proactively.
• Proven ability to work effectively with others and keep others on track.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and digital literacy including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of O9 for Global Wholesale Merchandising, maintaining data accuracy and readiness across systems.
• Coordinate and support major merchandising milestone meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Implement, maintain seasonal calendars, processes, and tools for CM, Regional Merchandising, Planning, Product, and Operations.
• Translate seasonal line decisions into actionable assortments, tools, reporting, and go-to-market deliverables.
• Maintain and communicate changes to go-to-market tools, decks, and segmentation documentation.
• Collaborate with channel leads to define the wholesale marketplace and align with strategic objectives.
• Support maintenance of Product Line Tracker and seasonal bookings/forecast information with Planning.
• Prepare recurring business reports and ad hoc analyses for leadership insights.
