Job summary

Disney is seeking a Coordinator, Merchandise on Demand to manage end-to-end uploads of finished designs to multiple sales channels from Glendale, CA or Celebration, FL. You will collaborate with Retail Sales, Marketing, Brand Merch, Creative Design, and Analytics to ensure timely and accurate product listings.

The role requires 1+ years in E‑commerce/retail, strong Excel skills, and excellent organizational abilities. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the E-commerce, Retail, or Consumer Products industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure designs in the monthly roadmap are uploaded to each retailer and meet listing requirements.
• Create and maintain product tracking documents and merchandising tools.
• Pull weekly sales reports and prepare sales recap files for timely updates.
• Compile monthly sales, earnings, and tax remittance reports for Accounting.
• Manage sample requests for lifestyle photography and campaigns.
• Maintain embargo and anniversary calendars for product launches.
• Participate in meetings, provide status updates, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and drive efficiency.
• Provide back-end support to the team as needed.
