Job summary

11 Mortgage is seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to monitor the wholesale pipeline for account executives and complete pre-underwriting reviews, FHA/VA checks, organize imaged documents, and input loan data into Encompass.

The ideal candidate will bring a service-oriented mindset, be self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple processes while communicating with underwriting and broker partners to support timely closing.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of FHA, VA and Conventional loan programs.
• Proficiency with Desktop Underwriter guidelines.
• Experience with mortgage processing, underwriting and closings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communications with internal and external parties for superior service.
• Coordinate with underwriting and broker partners on conditions and documents.
• Complete pre-underwriting reviews and image/document organization in Encompass.
• Provide daily/weekly updates to management.
