Job summary

11 Mortgage is seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to oversee the wholesale pipeline with account executives and perform pre-underwriting reviews. The ideal candidate has a service-oriented mindset, is self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with underwriting and external broker partners on conditions, documents and questions. Associates degree or equivalent experience is required, with three years front-line processing

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FHA/VA and Conventional loan programs.
• Familiarity with Desktop Underwriter guidelines.
• Understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting and closing procedures.
• Ability to identify and anticipate needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open channels of communication with internal and external parties for superior customer service.
• Work with underwriting and broker partners on conditions, documents and questions.
• Complete pre-underwriting reviews, FHA/VA checks, organize documents, and data entry of key loan information into Encompass.
• Provide daily and weekly updates to management.
