Deephaven Mortgage, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a JR Wholesale Account Executive to cultivate mortgage broker relationships and explain our process and benefits. You will support the Sr. Account Executive and help generate new business within the wholesale channel.

Responsibilities include outbound calling, broker applications, and staying current with regulatory standards while driving growth and profitability for the wholesale lending team.

Qualifications

• Self-Starter with ability to generate new business prospects.
• Willingness to learn mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship development skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a solid call script and follow up methods.
• Make daily outbound calls to develop new accounts with quality conversations.
• Generate new broker applications.
• Listen to broker needs and provide solutions with Sr Account Executive.
• Work with Sr Account Executive to generate new business and create revenue.
• Provide daily and weekly updates to the Sr Account Executive.
• Adhere to training plan and meet performance metrics for the first year.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards.
