Job summary

Deephaven Mortgage LLC is recruiting for a JR Wholesale Account Executive to expand broker and lender relationships within an assigned territory. You will present our process, success, and benefits, supporting senior staff while building a robust broker network.

You will develop call scripts, make daily outbound calls, and drive new business opportunities to meet performance targets. This role rewards initiative and teamwork within a dynamic mortgage environment.

• Self-starter with ability to generate new business
• Willingness to learn mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
• Technology savvy; quick to learn new software

Responsibilities

• Develop a solid call script and follow-up methods
• Make outbound calls daily with high-quality conversations
• Generate new broker applications
• Listen to broker needs and work with Sr. Account Executive on solutions
• Collaborate with Sr. Account Executive to generate new business and revenue
• Make daily outbound calls to develop new accounts and follow up
• Meet minimum performance metric goals in the first year
• Stay current with regulatory industry standards
• Provide daily and weekly updates to Sr. Account Executive
• Suggest additional products/programs to grow wholesale lending revenue
