Deephaven Mortgage LLC is hiring for Wholesale Account Executives in the non-QM space. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, quick learning, and the ability to present Deephaven’s process, products, pricing, and service confidently to wholesale brokers.

Accounts are developed by nurturing relationships with brokers, banks, and credit unions within the assigned territory; compensation includes a base salary plus commission and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• Understanding of underwriting, processing, closing and sales procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and account development skills.
• Exceptional customer service with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to build a long-term career with the company.
• Professional and empathetic when dealing with customers.
• Team player committed to excellence.
• Experience with Encompass/Point (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to develop new accounts and follow up with clients.
• Answer loan pricing and scenario questions.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve issues.
• Assist partners in account development.
• Manage client expectations and build trust.
• Track monthly volume and loan quality.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory standards.
