Job summary

Deephaven Mortgage is hiring for Wholesale Account Executives in the non QM space. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, be a quick learner, and be able to take Deephaven’s process, products, pricing, and service to the wholesale broker marketplace in a confident manner.

You will make daily outbound calls, answer pricing questions, and collaborate with operations to resolve issues while developing broker relationships and tracking volume and loan

Qualifications

2+ years of mortgage lending experience
Understanding of mortgage underwriting, processing, closing and sales procedures
Excellent interpersonal and account development skills
Exceptional customer service skills with attention to detail and follow through
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Make daily outbound calls to develop new accounts and follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction
Answer loan pricing and scenario questions
Work closely with operations to resolve issues
Manage broker relationships and develop trust with partners
Track monthly volume and loan quality and stay up to date with regulatory standards
