Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is seeking a Sales Manager in California to lead Account Executives and broker relationships across a wholesale and correspondent lending region. You will drive sales targets and mentor staff while promoting diverse loan programs.

Experience in non-agency/Non-QM products, FHA/VA/USDA, and compliant operations across states is essential. Base pay up to $70,000 with incentives; potential personal production.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of non-agency lending.
• Excellent knowledge of the mortgage origination process.
• Excellent knowledge of non-agency/Non-QM and specialty products lending.
• Expert knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, and non-agency/Non-QM products, guidelines, and requirements.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Complete understanding of credit, title, escrow, underwriting, loan processing and closing functions.
• Knowledge of Carrington policies, procedures, guidelines and organization structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage Account Executives and broker relationships across a sales region.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Mentor and train staff; build broker relationships and establish region development plans.
• Communicate changes in loan programs, rates, and policies to brokers.
• Oversee loan submissions and ensure high-quality, timely results.
• Prepare regional sales forecasts and production projections.
