Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending in Lincoln, NE seeks an experienced professional to develop and maintain broker/seller relationships for wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. You will act as a liaison to facilitate closings and purchases, while ensuring compliance with all policies and laws.

The role requires knowledge of lending regulations and multiple loan products, with a focus on growing the broker network and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven sales performance in developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and gain approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships and ensure a steady flow of loan applications and purchases.
• Advise brokers/sellers on company programs, pricing and submission policies.
