Emporium TPO is seeking anAccount Executive to establish and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers in the assigned territory. The role requires deep knowledge of the company’s loan products, programs, and pricing to guide brokers through packaging and submission.

The successful candidate will manage the sales cycle, train brokers on submission requirements, and act as the SME on underwriting, pricing, and rate locks while collaborating with Account Managers to ensure seamless

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the residential lending industry.
• 3 years of experience in a sales role in a wholesale lending channel.
• Strong sales acumen with a history of achieving monthly sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service with client facing experience.
• Knowledge of Agency, Non-Agency, Jumbo and Investor loan products.

Responsabilités

• Manage the sales cycle and exceed sales goals.
• Train mortgage brokers on loan packaging and submission requirements.
• Be a subject matter expert on underwriting requirements for loan products.
• Understand rate sheets and pricing and explain them to brokers.
• Present sales presentations to brokers on products and pricing.
• Continuously research the market to understand competitors.
• Understand the rate lock process and answer related questions.
• Partner with Account Managers to ensure clear communication and problem resolution.
