Job summary

Emporium TPO is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to establish and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers in the Frisco, TX area. You will have a strong understanding of the company’s products, programs, and pricing to drive sales in your territory.

The role requires experience in residential lending and wholesale sales, with the ability to train brokers, handle underwriting questions, and manage pricing discussions.

Qualifications

• 5 years in residential lending industry.
• 3 years in a wholesale sales role.
• Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Client facing experience in mortgage lending.
• Knowledge of Agency, Non-Agency, Jumbo and Investor loan products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales cycle and consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Train mortgage brokers on loan packaging and submission requirements.
• Serve as subject matter expert on underwriting requirements for loan products.
• Understand rate sheets and pricing for each loan product and answer pricing questions.
• Present sales presentations to brokers on products, pricing, and services.
• Continuously research the market to understand competitors.
• Explain rate lock processes and requirements to brokers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure clear communication and problem resolution.
