Job summary

Newrez is seeking a centralized account executive to drive mortgage sales through brokers and bank partners. The role manages broker approvals, education, and service quality, while coordinating with Wholesale leadership to reach production targets.

You will present our value proposition, leverage company resources, and maintain strong broker relationships to ensure smooth processing and closing of loans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales and/or real estate experience.
• 2+ years in mortgage sales including FHA/VA/Conventional guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Formulate funding projections with Wholesale leadership to meet targets.
• Initial contact to prospect mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinate approvals.
• Use leads and resources to meet minimum volume goals.
• Develop marketing strategies within territory/list.
• Conduct online presentations to promote our process, product and tech platforms.
• Collaborate with loan operations to manage active pipeline.
