Job summary

DNAM Brands is seeking a Wholesale Logistics Supervisor in Beverly Hills to oversee end-to-end wholesale order fulfillment. You will coordinate order flow, inventory, and partner communications, while ensuring accurate shipping and compliance across channels.

The role requires 2+ years in wholesale/logistics, familiarity with apparel workflows, and strong Excel/Sheets skills to translate forecasts into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wholesale operations, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Experience with apparel/fashion or consumer products is preferred.
• Knowledge of routing guides, chargebacks, shipping docs, and PO workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operations contact for wholesale accounts, overseeing order fulfillment updates.
• Manage full wholesale fulfillment cycle from receipt to shipment.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance to translate forecasts into inventory and capacity plans.
• Work with warehouse teams and 3PLs on inbound/outbound scheduling and execution.
• Monitor inventory risks and coordinate resolutions with Purchasing.
• Ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Track performance metrics like on-time delivery and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to prevent delays and errors.
• Use data to automate workflows and derive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for wholesale logistics.
• Provide regular performance updates to Director of Wholesale.
