Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wholesale operations, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Experience with apparel/fashion or consumer products is preferred.
• Knowledge of routing guides, chargebacks, shipping docs, and PO workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary operations contact for wholesale accounts, overseeing order fulfillment updates.
• Manage full wholesale fulfillment cycle from receipt to shipment.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance to translate forecasts into inventory and capacity plans.
• Work with warehouse teams and 3PLs on inbound/outbound scheduling and execution.
• Monitor inventory risks and coordinate resolutions with Purchasing.
• Ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Track performance metrics like on-time delivery and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to prevent delays and errors.
• Use data to automate workflows and derive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for wholesale logistics.
• Provide regular performance updates to Director of Wholesale.

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Wholesale Logistics Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end execution of wholesale order fulfillment. This position serves as the operational backbone for wholesale accounts, managing warehouse scheduling, order flow, retailer compliance, inventory coordination, and partner communication.

Reporting directly to the Director of Wholesale, the Wholesale Logistics Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution processes operate efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of wholesale logistics, warehouse operations, retailer routing requirements, and order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operations contact for DNAM’s wholesale account managers, overseeing order execution, and fulfillment updates
• Manage the full wholesale fulfillment cycle, from order receipt and inventory review through picking, packing, routing, and shipment
• Partner with Sales and Finance to translate demand forecasts into inventory, warehouse capacity, labor, and fulfillment plans
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and third-party logistics partners on inbound scheduling, outbound priorities, and shipment execution
• Monitor inventory risks, including shortages, discrepancies, stockouts, and aged inventory, and coordinate resolutions with Purchasing and Inventory Control
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy while ensuring all movements are properly documented
• Track fulfillment performance, on-time delivery, shipping accuracy, chargebacks, and compliance
• Investigate operational issues and implement process improvements to prevent delays, errors, and compliance violations
• Use operational data and AI-powered technology to automate workflows, evaluate performance, and identify actionable insights
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for wholesale logistics and fulfillment
• Provide regular performance reports and operational updates to the Director of Wholesale

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wholesale operations, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution, preferably within apparel, fashion, accessories, or consumer products
• Experience supporting major brands, department stores, or retail accounts, including high-volume and seasonal fulfillment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, purchase orders, and order fulfillment
• Familiarity with routing guides, chargebacks, shipping documentation, and EDI transaction requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for operational tracking, analysis, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to use technology and data to improve operational workflows and resolve fulfillment issues
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
