Job summary

DNAM Brands is seeking a Wholesale Logistics Supervisor in Beverly Hills to oversee end-to-end wholesale order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory coordination from our corporate office. You will partner with Sales and Finance to translate forecasts into capacity plans, coordinate with 3PL partners, monitor stock levels, and provide regular performance reports to the Director of Wholesale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wholesale operations, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Experience supporting major brands and high-volume seasonal fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, POs, and order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with routing guides, chargebacks, shipping documentation, and EDI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operations contact for wholesale account managers, overseeing order execution and fulfillment updates.
• Manage the full wholesale fulfillment cycle from order receipt to packing, routing, and shipment.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance to translate forecasts into inventory, warehouse capacity, labor, and fulfillment plans.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams and 3PL partners on inbound scheduling, outbound priorities, and shipment execution.
• Monitor inventory risks and coordinate resolutions with Purchasing and Inventory Control.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy with proper documentation.
• Track fulfillment performance, on-time delivery, shipping accuracy, and compliance.
• Investigate issues and implement process improvements to prevent delays and errors.
• Use data and technology to automate workflows and derive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for wholesale logistics and fulfillment.
• Provide regular performance reports and updates to the Director of Wholesale.
