Job summary

DÔEN, a fashion and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Wholesale Planner to own the financial and inventory strategy for the wholesale channel. This role partners with Sales, Wholesale Operations, Buying and Merchandising to drive sustainable growth.

As an early dedicated planning hire, you will build processes, reporting, and tools to improve data visibility and decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid in-office role with regular collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in wholesale merchandise planning, buying, or a related analytical role.
• Experience supporting or partnering with wholesale businesses strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning or ERP systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain seasonal and monthly sales, inventory, and margin plans for the wholesale channel.
• Analyze weekly and monthly performance, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actionable strategies.
• Partner with Sales to align on account-level forecasts, order pacing, and replenishment opportunities and risk.
• Collaborate with Wholesale Operations to ensure inventory flow supports order fulfillment and timing requirements; quantify risk.
• Manage wholesale inventory position with healthy stock levels across key styles and partners.
• Support forecasting and planning to adapt to changing trends; maintain revenue forecast tools.
