Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending seeks a Wholesale Sales Manager to lead Account Executives and broker relationships across a broad sales region. You will mentor staff, drive regional sales goals, and ensure compliance with lending regulations while promoting Carrington loan programs.

This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA, conventional and non-agency products, and proven ability to grow broker networks. Travel and forecasting duties are included.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales management skills.
• Knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA and Non-QM products.
• Understanding of credit, underwriting and mortgage processes.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Mentor Account Executives and develop broker relationships.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure efficient file flow and timely closings.
• Maintain CRM updates and accurate broker records.
• Prepare regional forecasts and report to management.
