Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead Account Executives and brokers across a multifaceted mortgage portfolio. You will drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results while mentoring staff and ensuring adherence to Carrington programs and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires deep knowledge of non-agency/Non-QM products, FHA/VA/USDA, and conventional lending, with strong leadership, coaching, and CRM expertise.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of non-agency lending.
• Excellent knowledge of the mortgage origination process.
• Excellent knowledge of non-agency/Non-QM and specialty products lending.
• Expert knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, and non-agency/Non-QM products, guidelines, and requirements.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Complete understanding of credit, title, escrow, underwriting, loan processing and closing functions.
• Knowledge of Carrington policies and organization structure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Supervise and mentor Account Executives and broker relationships.
• Coach staff to meet regional objectives and timelines.
• Communicate Carrington loan program changes to brokers.
• Ensure timely loan submissions and quality service within region.
