Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is seeking a Wholesale Sales Manager to lead Account Executives and broker relationships across a 48‑state territory. You will drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, coach staff, and ensure timely loan submissions with high service levels.

Ideal candidates bring FHA/VA/USDA and non‑agency experience, strong CRM/Encompass skills, and a proven leadership track record in mortgage banking.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales management skills.
• Expert knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional financing and Non-QM products.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Understanding of credit, title, escrow, underwriting, processing and closing.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Mentor and coach Account Executives and brokers.
• Develop regional sales plans and manage staff guidance.
• Ensure timely loan submission and high service quality.
• Maintain CRM records and broker relations.
• Oversee forecasts and production projections.
