Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending seeks a sales leader to manage Account Executives and broker relationships across a multi-state region. You will drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality loan submissions.

In this role you’ll communicate program changes to brokers, oversee CRM usage and forecasting, and collaborate with operations to streamline file flows. A strong mortgage background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of non-agency lending.
• Excellent knowledge of the mortgage origination process.
• Excellent knowledge of non-agency/Non-QM and specialty products lending.
• Expert knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, and non-agency/Non-QM products, guidelines, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Supervise and train employees; plan, assign and direct work; monitor performance.
• Coach Account Executives to build broker relationships and meet region objectives.
• Communicate changes in Carrington loan programs, rates and policies to brokers.
• Oversee loan submission and maintain high service levels within the region.
• Prepare regional sales forecasts and production projections.
• Ensure CRM activity, marketing efforts and broker records are up to date.
