Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Business Admin, Legal Studies or related field.
• 3+ years in KYC/AML or related financial services.
• Familiarity with regulatory KYC/AML requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Front Office, Compliance and Legal.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive approach to regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• KYC compliance oversight to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Client due diligence for new and existing clients.
• Risk profile assessment and rating determinations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Compliance and Legal teams.
• Monitor KYC timelines and provide updates.
• Train and guide junior staff on KYC processes.
• Handle escalations with clients and internal teams.
• Analyze KYC data and trends to identify improvements.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards.
• Assist audits with necessary documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within KYC.
