Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Client Success Associate within its Alternative Funds services team.

You will support investor onboarding and periodic refresh casework by applying AML/KYC requirements and strengthening controls to improve outcomes. You’ll independently manage higher-complexity work, partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time, and help strengthen processes across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services (controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, and/or AML/KYC).
• Experience onboarding and refresh for alternative funds (e.g., hedge funds, private equity).
• Ability to manage end-to-end onboarding and refresh casework with escalations if needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming case requests and deliver timely, accurate AML/KYC onboarding responses for alternative funds.
• Own complex casework and document outcomes with clear rationale.
• Identify control or compliance issues and provide escalation and recommendations.
• Perform quality checks and share best practices with peers.
• Produce standard and ad hoc AML/KYC reporting and materials.
