Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Client Success Associate for the Alternative Funds services team.

You will support investor onboarding and periodic refresh casework, applying AML/KYC requirements while identifying control considerations to improve outcomes. You will independently manage higher-complexity work and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality results across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services (controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, and/or AML/KYC).
• Experience independently managing end-to-end onboarding and refresh casework.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and refresh casework aligned to AML/KYC requirements.
• Own complex or escalated casework with clear documentation of outcomes.
• Identify control or compliance issues and provide escalation/recommendations.
• Perform quality checks and share best practices.
• Produce standard and ad hoc AML/KYC reports and presentations.
• Support AML/KYC projects and initiatives strengthening the program.
• Develop and implement solutions addressing process gaps.
• Execute deliverables with attention to quality and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML/KYC standards.
