Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Service Associate within the U.S. Private Bank. You will be the primary contact for service-related needs, fostering relationships and ensuring a seamless approach across Private Banking products.

You will collaborate with advisors, product partners, and operations to deliver flawless service, while maintaining compliance with FINRA regulations and firm controls. Extensive client-facing experience in private banking is a plus.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; unlicensed candidates may apply but must obtain licenses within 90 days.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions such as money movement, security transfers, loan transactions, and escalated research requests.
• Adhere to and maintain the firm’s controls policies and procedures and FINRA regulations, protecting client assets against potential fraud activities.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions.
• Review and identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services.
