Gallagher is seeking a driven sales and underwriting professional in Dallas to drive revenue by connecting Retail Agents with national markets and delivering wholesale insurance solutions. You will build and manage carrier relationships, pre-qualify submissions, and guide clients toward the best coverage and pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience.
• Home state P&C license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business with Retail Agents and Carrier Underwriters.
• Market and sell wholesale insurance solutions to achieve production goals.
• Build relationships with Specialty Carriers for competitive pricing and access to coverage.
• Pre-qualify submissions and focus on high-probability sales opportunities.
• Analyze submissions from Retail Agents and determine best carrier, coverage, forms and premium.
• Gather information on client risks and identify additional exposure areas to quote.
• Stay ahead of industry trends affecting underwriting guidelines, pricing, and premiums.
• Educate partners on Gallagher’s risk solutions as business needs evolve.
• Lead, train, and oversee support team when assigned.
• Travel as needed to engage with clients.
