Job summary

DNAM Brands, a family-owned fashion and lifestyle company, is seeking two Wholesale Fulfillment Coordinators to oversee the daily fulfillment of wholesale orders for assigned retail accounts.

You will prioritize orders, lead warehouse picking, generate packing lists, and collaborate with the Wholesale, Inventory, and Routing teams to meet shipping deadlines.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in wholesale fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Self starter and willing to learn.
• Managing wholesale purchase orders and shipping deadlines preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and prioritize POs by customer based on deadlines and priorities.
• Lead warehouse picking to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
• Generate and verify packing lists and shipping documents for wholesale orders.
• Monitor daily fulfillment progress to meet shipping requirements.
• Supervise team performance with direction, coaching, and accountability.
• Report to Wholesale Supervisor/Manager with daily updates on operations.
• Prepare end-of-day production report detailing orders and issues.
• Coordinate with Receiving, Inventory, and Routing to resolve shortages and delays.
• Ensure orders meet customer routing guides and quality standards.
• Assist with workload planning and labor allocation.

We are seekingtwo Wholesale Fulfillment Coordinators to oversee the daily fulfillment of wholesale purchase orders for assigned retail accounts.

This role is responsible for prioritizing orders, coordinating warehouse picking, ensuring customer compliance, and meeting shipping deadlines while working closely with the Wholesale, Inventory, and Routing teams.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and prioritize purchase orders (POs) by customer based on shipping deadlines and business priorities
• Lead and oversee the warehouse picking team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment
• Generate and verify packing lists and shipping documentation for all wholesale orders
• Monitor daily fulfillment progress to ensure purchase orders are completed on schedule and shipped according to customer requirements
• Supervise team performance by providing direction, coaching, and accountability to maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Report directly to the Wholesale Supervisor and Wholesale Manager, providing updates on daily operations and fulfillment status
• Prepare and submit an end-of-day production report summarizing completed orders, outstanding purchase orders, productivity, and any operational issues
• Coordinate with Receiving, Inventory, and Routing teams to resolve inventory shortages, discrepancies, and shipment delays
• Ensure all wholesale orders meet customer compliance requirements, routing guides, and company quality standards
• Assist with workload planning and labor allocation to maximize efficiency and meet daily shipping goals.
• Identify fulfillment issues proactively and communicate solutions to warehouse leadership
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while enforcing company policies and standard operating procedures

$19 - $23 an hour

Schedule

• Monday-Friday/Weekends as needed
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
