7-Eleven in Irving, TX is seeking a Wholesale Programs Coordinator to support the SEIFS Wholesale field operations for 16 brands and ~1,800 sites. The role covers branded/unbranded programs and liaises with suppliers, vendors, and field teams.

You will manage documentation, tracking files, and compliance, while coordinating with facilities and accounting to ensure accurate processing and reimbursements for program initiatives across assigned geographies.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of Fuel Operations and/or Fuel Sales preferred.
  • PMPA is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

JOB SUMMARY

The Wholesale Programs Coordinator ('WPC') - Supports the SEIFS Wholesale field operations team for all branded/unbranded relationships across 16 Major Oil flags accounting for approximately ~1,800 sites with volume totaling ~1.5BG annually. Additionally, the PC is responsible for all Branded Supplier Wholesale related responsibilities in an assigned geography. Reports to the Senior Manager of Wholesale Operations, and provides support to other Team members, Sr. Director Wholesale Operations, 5 Market Managers, 2 Business Development Managers, ~50 Wholesale Business Consultants.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the Branded/Unbranded Program liaison for all 16 Wholesale Suppliers.
  • Manage the implementation of all branded requirements related to Wholesale locations assigned in a specific geography (i.e. POS, image orders, programs, technology, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain vendor/contractor relationships relevant to Wholesale.
  • Manage all Wholesale customer inquiries, including Supplier fuel quality inquires.
  • Manage numerous tracking files that update external and internal departments.
  • Liaison with facilities to ensure correct tickets are being dispatched according to the Maintenance schedule.
  • Supports the Programs Coordinator on site set-ups at all locations that transition from Wholesale to Retail or Retail to Wholesale.
  • Maintains and assists the field with trade show and office supplies.
  • Review Wholesale Dealer and supplier files, and branded and unbranded contracts, to ensure compliance with incentives and imaging terms and conditions.
  • Work with major oil company representatives, contractors, and sales/field team in branding and re-imaging dealer locations to ensure full compliance with major programs and maximize reimbursement funds for SEI Fuels.
  • Maintain Salesforce to track site orders placed by WBC's.
  • Liaison with accounting department to properly record financial transactions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION: Associates/2 Yr Degree, or 10+ years relevant work experience.

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ years.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • 5+ years of Fuel Operations and/or Fuel Sales preferred.
  • PMPA.
  • Contracts.
  • Salesforce.
  • Compliance.
  • Project Management.
  • Vendor relationships.
  • Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship development skills preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple commitments and competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills recommended.
