Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc is seeking a Wholesale Programs Coordinator to support the SEIFS Wholesale field operations team across 16 major oil flags. The role oversees branded/unbranded program implementation, vendor relationships, and site compliance for about 1,800 locations with substantial annual volume.

Reports to the Senior Manager of Wholesale Operations and collaborates with Market Managers, Business Development Managers, and Wholesale Consultants to ensure accurate orders, financial tracking, and

Qualifications

5+ years of Fuel Operations and/or Fuel Sales experience.
PMPA, Contracts, Salesforce, Compliance, Project Management, Vendor relationships experience.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison for Branded/Unbranded Wholesale programs with 16 suppliers.
Manage branded requirements implementation for Wholesale locations in assigned geography.
Maintain vendor/contractor relationships in Wholesale.
Handle Wholesale customer inquiries, including supplier fuel quality inquiries.
Maintain multiple tracking files and coordinate with internal/external teams.
Coordinate site set-ups for transitions between Wholesale and Retail.
Assist field with trade shows and office supplies as needed.
Review contracts and imaging terms for compliance and incentives.
Collaborate with major oil company reps and field teams to maximize reimbursements.
Maintain Salesforce to track site orders and liaise with accounting on transactions.
