Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Wholesale Programs Coordinator to support the SEIFS Wholesale field operations across 16 major oil flags and roughly 1,800 sites. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Wholesale Operations and collaborates with a wide team of managers and consultants.

You will manage branded/unbranded programs, vendor contracts, and field setups during transitions between Wholesale and Retail. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Fuel Operations and/or Fuel Sales experience.
• Familiarity with PMPA, contracts, Salesforce, compliance, project management and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison for all branded/unbranded programs with 16 Wholesale Suppliers.
• Coordinate implementation of branded requirements for Wholesale locations within geography.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships relevant to Wholesale.
