WHOOP is seeking an FP&A Manager to serve as the finance business partner to the Wholesale organization in Boston. You will drive forecast accuracy, analyze profitability, and support strategic decisions through disciplined financial planning and scenario analysis.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting for Wholesale across revenue, units, gross margin, and operational drivers, while refining models and frameworks to inform partnerships, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Ability to translate performance into actionable insights for executives.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with EPM, SQL, Python is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Wholesale leadership to drive forecast accuracy and profitability.
• Own and enhance FP&A for Wholesale including revenue, units, gross margin, and drivers.
• Identify variances, risks, and opportunities; update financial outlook accordingly.
• Support margin management and channel economics across retailers and products.
• Help transition to an EPM system and improve finance processes for scalability.
