Simply Business seeks an FP&A Manager in Boston to lead the FP&A function, drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable financial insights and champion data integrity across systems.

The role emphasizes improving planning processes, automating reporting, and collaborating with leadership to influence financial decisions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A experience in a professional environment.
• Experience with Looker, OneStream or similar BI/EPM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the FP&A function (60%): manage month-end close, journal approvals, and the annual budget process.
• Lead consolidation of operating budgets and forecasts; present insights to leadership and board.
• Act as finance partner to cross-functional teams; support variance analysis and capital decisions.
• Drive metrics and KPIs with Data & Analytics to measure financial levers.
• US Finance lead for FP&A systems and data improvements (OneStream, automation).
• Collaborate with Global Finance Change to optimize planning and reporting processes.
