Job summary

Page Executive, Boston-based consumer products manufacturer, seeks a Manager of Commercial Finance & FP&A to drive profitability and commercial performance for a well-known brand. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance leadership to forecast revenue, analyze pricing, and optimize margins across multiple channels.

Reporting to the CFO, you will build analytical models, dashboards, and business cases; lead cross-functional collaboration; and identify process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive finance experience
• Experience within a consumer products, manufacturing, or product driven business environment
• Background in FP&A, commercial finance, sales finance, revenue management, or business partnering
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or Commercial teams
• Experience with pricing analysis, margin management, and profitability modeling
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate financial analysis into clear commercial insights
• Exposure to data analytics tools and large data sets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Commercial teams to support profitable growth initiatives.
• Support revenue forecasting, sales planning, and commercial performance analysis.
• Evaluate pricing strategies, customer profitability, margin optimization, and promotional effectiveness.
• Develop data driven insights that connect commercial activities to financial outcomes.
• Support new product initiatives through forecasting, profitability modeling, and business case development.
• Analyze promotional programmes and marketing investments to improve return on investment.
• Prepare reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for finance and commercial leadership.
• Build financial models to evaluate commercial opportunities and business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and commercial decision making.
• Identify process improvements and help enhance analytical capabilities across the finance organization.
