Job summary

Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA seeks a Wholesale Relationship Specialist II to manage dealer relationships within the Wholesale Finance team in Kennesaw, GA. You will oversee day-to-day customer service, collections, and credit activities for an assigned dealer portfolio.

The role requires 2+ years in wholesale finance, a business/finance/accounting background, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the wholesale finance industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or accounting preferred.
• Previous account management experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral & written.
• Ability to understand and interpret financial statements a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer service and collection activity in the assigned portfolio.
• Ensure daily parts and units orders are released timely in the portfolio.
• Oversee daily AR adjustments and status items, ensure JSOX compliance.
• Provide updates to sales teams and management on wholesale issues related to defaults or service.
• Document and resolve status items per YMFUS risk policy.
• Limit risk using demand letters and repossessions, advise on post-repossession actions.
• Represent the YMFUS wholesale group at dealer events and meetings when possible.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
