Seeking Health LLC in Bellingham, WA or Waynesboro, TN is hiring a Wholesale Account Manager to drive growth of the wholesale channel and nurture every account. This onsite role reports to the CEO, requires full-time hours, Monday to Friday, and offers a 7:00 am–6:00 pm schedule with some flexibility.

You will leverage 7+ years in wholesale/B2B sales and established relationships with buyers, distributors, or brokers to secure retail placements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in wholesale account management, business development, or B2B sales.
• Established, active relationships with buyers, distributors, or brokers in brick-and-mortar retail.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and retain accounts over the long term.
• Experience coaching direct reports and leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own wholesale channel growth and hit annual revenue and retention targets.
• Build durable relationships across account tiers with proactive touches and follow-ups.
• Grow revenue within existing bases via additional SKUs, locations, and larger orders.
• Advise on product selection, formulation, and merchandising; maintain product knowledge.
• Monitor account health, intervene on at-risk accounts, and resolve issues quickly.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product and packaging decisions.
