Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in wholesale or retail apparel.
• Strong verbal and written communication, professional and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; CRM experience a plus.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and apparel terminology is a plus.
• HS diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Manage return approvals and processing.
• Handle major department store orders; adjust orders as needed.
• Assist clients with product inquiries including availability, sizing, and style details.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and trends.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback in the CRM.
