You will assist customers ordering online via calls, emails, and live chat, and collaborate with the Ecommerce team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong bilingual English/Spanish communication, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Gorgias, AirCall, and Shopify.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (Gorgias, AirCall, Shopify) preferred.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with placing orders and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and policies.
• Coordinate with Ecommerce team on product details and issues.
• Process orders, tracking, and returns efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams about defects or issues.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency.
