Job summary

The Kasper Group is a leading apparel company for women, offering wardrobe solutions for work and special occasions. We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support the wholesale sales team through operational execution, reporting, market preparation, sample coordination, and administrative business support.

Responsibilities include PO management, reporting, showroom prep, sample coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, customer service, planning, production, and design teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 0–2 years related experience preferred (internships included).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Purchase order management, order maintenance, and delivery tracking.
• Generate, maintain, and distribute sales, inventory, and order reports.
• Support showroom and market preparation including line sheets, samples, and selling tools.
• Coordinate and track customer, market, and photo shoot samples.
• Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, appointments, and recaps.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer service, planning, production, and design teams.
• Support account teams with reporting analysis and reorder follow-up.
• Maintain organized system files and selling materials.
• Conduct online product and market research.
• Provide general administrative support including travel coordination and expense reporting.
• Support operational execution of the wholesale business.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the wholesale sales team through operational execution, reporting, market preparation, sample coordination, and administrative business support.

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Knowledge of retail math and RLM preferred
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Salary Range: $28-30 per hour. Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
