SBH Fashion is seeking a Customer Service Officer and Sales Support to manage wholesale accounts, process orders, and maintain product and pricing data. You will support the sales team across multiple platforms and ensure timely fulfillment while enhancing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in wholesale customer service, sales support or order management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for handling client interactions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle a fast-paced workload effectively.
• Problem-solving to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Attention to detail to ensure orders, pricing and documentation are accurate.
• Ability to collaborate with internal departments and external clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for wholesale clients, handling inquiries, order updates and issue resolution.
• Process and manage wholesale orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Address and resolve order discrepancies and shipping delays in coordination with logistics and warehouse team.
• Process invoices and follow up on outstanding balances when necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• File, review and resolve all wholesale complaints in Salesforce.
• Maintain and update order portals (Shopify and Faire) and vendor portals.
• Assist the sales team with preparing price lists, wholesale catalog and sales presentations.
• Maintain and update wholesale customer accounts.
