Qualifications

• Extensive wholesale apparel and order management experience.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Distribution, Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Account Services team to meet monthly goals and follow processes.
• Provide hands-on operational support as needed to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Oversee daily activities, set priorities, and ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment.
• Manage staff performance through training, coaching and development.
• Promote cross-training and succession planning to build a resilient team.
• Ensure compliance with retailer requirements, shipping guidelines and EDI standards.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies and delivery delays to minimize impact.
