Qualifications

• 5-8 years of related experience in account services or wholesale operations.
• Experience owning complex account operations and resolving escalated issues.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership across daily Account Services tasks while guiding order processing and management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate market orders and timely maintenance.
• Train and mentor Account Services staff to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex business processes and system-related issues.
• Identify workflow improvements and establish best practices for accuracy.
• Escalate and resolve retailer concerns affecting order fulfillment and timelines.
• Ensure orders are entered, processed, and fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Monitor delivery goals and respond to shipment tracking requests and inquiries.
