Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Account Services team to achieve monthly goals and objectives while adhering to established business guidelines and account service processes.
• Serve as a hands-on tactical leader with the ability to perform the responsibilities of team members and provide direct operational support as needed.
• Oversee daily departmental activities, establish priorities, and ensure timely and accurate execution of account services functions.
• Manage staff performance through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, and professional development.
• Promote career growth and development through cross-training, knowledge sharing, and succession planning.
• Establish clear expectations, monitor individual and team performance, and promote accountability for departmental deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Support peers and senior leadership with departmental projects, business initiatives, and operational priorities.
